SIDAM, a company with an important mission: to bring historic buildings back to life through sustainable renovations and an artistic touch in the fitting out of interior spaces.
SIDAM was born from the Mazzolini family’s more than 50 years of consolidated experience in the field of industrial furniture and workspace design, within the renowned Bologna-based company Tecnotelai.

With passion, dedication and a constant update on the latest technologies and trends in the sector, SIDAM is committed to pursuing its mission of transforming old buildings, which have been abandoned to the neglect of time for too long, into authentic modern artistic residences, contributing to preserving the cultural and architectural heritage of our cities.
Clear evidence of this are the projects already realised by the company, in which architect Silvia Mazzolini has been able to put all her knowledge in the field of building redevelopment and enhancement of the historical and architectural heritage of places.
The Resort of Quagliuzzo
The 19th-century property in the province of Ivrea always known as ‘Casa Rossa’, later renamed by the architect Mazzolini simply ‘Castelletto’, is the first investment that will give rise to a new project called ConSTELLA-tion.
This is the first in a series of boutique hotels dedicated to the well-being of body, mind and spirit. The inspiration comes from far away, from the sanctuaries dedicated to Asclepius, son of Apollo and god of medicine.
Inside them there was a building called the Abaton of Epidaurus, a place where ritual healings were performed. These sanctuaries were, in fact, true centres of healing in the classical world where the sick went to obtain healing through sleep; in dreams, in fact, the god himself indicated to them the right cure to follow.
Unica Luxury, the fascinating project created by Vanessa Stella, the pseudonym adopted by architect Mazzolini to sign unique artistic furniture collections, is an ode to the art of furnishing MADE IN ITALY.
It was born as a creative spin-off of Tecnotelai, bringing with it the legacy of an already established brand in the industrial and office furniture sector. It aims to bring the excellence of local craftsmanship to the world by developing unique products with great personality.
It stands out for its mastery in the artistic working of glass, precious metals and natural stones used to create organic and harmonic shapes always inspired by nature.
It is aimed at all those who care about the company image and want to propose it in their spaces through the inclusion of products halfway between art and design.
Tecnotelai has a long history in the creation of high level furniture for industry and the office.
